Pengame app terms
Using Pengame
CHATBOO PTY LTD provides the Pengame iPhone, iPad and Android apps covered here. Ages 18 and over only; strong language and adult themes. Video requires an internet connection and provider availability. No offline or background video service is offered. Contact admin@chatboo.app for support or rights concerns.
YouTube
The apps use YouTube API Services. Using their YouTube functionality means agreeing to YouTube’s Terms of Service. Read the app privacy notice and Google’s Privacy Policy before loading a player. Do not bypass provider restrictions or use the apps to download videos.
Content and rights
Videos, lyrics and branding remain with their respective rightsholders. Prepared notes are editorial interpretations unless labelled artist-confirmed. Battle allegations are performances, not verified biography. Content or provider availability may change. Nothing in these terms removes rights under applicable consumer law.
Accounts and community polls
Accounts are optional and for adults aged 18+. Keep your login private. Each verified account may hold one vote per published performed round and may change or withdraw it while open. CHATBOO decides when polls close. Public community totals are provisional and distinct from official event results; totals can change after account deletion. Account limits do not guarantee one vote per person. Do not automate abusive signups or manipulate polls.
Community comments
Keep comments about the battle. Do not post threats, hate, harassment, spam, unlawful content or another person’s private information. Only share text you have the right to post. Accept these rules before submitting. Comments require review before publication. Pengame may remove comments or disable posting for rule violations. Use Report to flag a comment or author and Block author to hide that author on this device. Contact info@pengame.co.uk for comment concerns.
Profile names and photos
Choose a username and photo you have the right to share. Do not impersonate others or Pengame staff, post abusive or sexual images, or expose private information. Accept these rules before saving. Changes require review before public display. Report an objectionable comment or author and use Block author to hide them. Profiles may be removed and further changes disabled for rule violations.
